Apex Resources are an independently owned agency, trading in its 7th year with a highly impressive turnover. The key to our success is having the right people in the right roles, our Directors and Managers all have a wealth of experience within their fields and the company ethos is very much based on leading by example. Having previously worked as successful Trades and Labour Consultants, the Directors realised that the key to happy Consultants is money, and have implemented a market leading commission scheme which is uncapped. On top of that there are monthly cash incentives, including a yearly bonus of £5000 if you hit your yearly forecast and have successfully billed over £150k. Apex have a market leading commission scheme and to date have not come across any other agencies that can match our bonus scheme.

Apex currently has five offices based in Colindale, Warrington, Coventry, Blackburn and Glasgow. The company is looking to grow and expand and in 2012/2013 the companies aim is to open a number of offices throughout the UK.

We are currently looking for Start up Managers in various positions around the UK. Must have a proven background within Trades and Labour, this is an exciting opportunity for the right Manager, this is more of an opportunity to be a Director style Manager running your own branch with the financial and back office support of a very successful agency, also the hands on advice and support from the Directors. Trainee Trades and Labour Consultants, OTE £25,000.

Looking for candidates with a natural flare for sales, with excellent communication skills. An ability to work to targets in a fast paced environment. Must have either telesales or sales experience.

Full trainning and development given inhouse by our most successful consultants, amazing financial rewards basic plus commission, first year OTE £25,000. You must be self disciplined and able to self motivate yourself to drive your desk forward, recruitment is a face paced, buzzy environment, where your hard work and efforts are rewarded with amazing financial rewards .

Experienced Trades & Labour & Mechanical & Electrical Consultants uncapped commission

Basic plus commission average OTE £45,000. Experienced Senior Trades & Labour & Mechanical & Electrical Consultants, Basic plus uncapped commission average OTE £66,000. Looking for Consultants with at least one year experience- all sectors of construction considered, amazing financial rewards, market leading commission package plus various financial rewards, basic salary dependant on experience. Senior Consultants must have at least 3 years experience and be billing an average of £3k and above per week.
