Conduct Policy

We expect all of our candidates to:

  • Bring their CSCS card (as required).
  • That they are on time.
  • Inform a member of staff if they are unable to get to work as soon as possible.
  • That they are polite at all times and treat everybody with respect without any discrimination.
  • The operatives maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • To be honest and trustworthy at all times.
  • That they do not take, move, tamper with or disturb any property on site.

Please note that if any operative is found not to be conducting themselves to our high standard they will be removed off our database. Suspects of a criminal offence - Apex Resources will always report to the appropriate authority.

Apex Resources Limited expects all of our operatives to perform at high standards at all times. Please help us to continue providing you with high standard operatives by providing feedbacks and reporting any incidents to your accounts manager.
